Joe graduated from Archbishop Curley High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Towson University. Joe is a Hard Money Lender which allows him to not only provide the funds investors need for projects but also to lend the wisdom he has gained through his many years of experience.
In the mid-1980's, Joe, along with Bill Fell who is the President of Baltimore REIA and Charles Blair, founded the Real Estate Investors Club of Baltimore which later became and is now known as the Baltimore Real Estate Investors Association.
