Online Scuba Training - A Break From the Traditional Classroom

Goshen, NY (PressExposure) September 25, 2008 -- The misconception is shattered. Living a far distance from a Scuba Diving Instruction School is no longer an obstacle to obtaining Scuba certification. Knowledge portions of Scuba can be completed online and instructors can come to you.

"Years ago we wondered why a student couldn't take instruction home and cut down on travel. We've finally solved that puzzle," said George Kane, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Prime Scuba.

NAUI, SDI, TDI and soon to include PADI Open Water Study Kits can be shipped to a student's home and studied at their own pace. The study packs contain all the study materials needed to complete the academic portion of the course. Knowledge Development of SDI, TDI and soon to include PADI can also be completed online. When the student is ready to hit the water, arrangements can be made to meet the instructor at a local pool that passes the training agency requirements. Normally, a city or YMCA pool passes such requirements. Even the Open Water portion can be completed at the student's location.

Prime Scuba is exclusively the only Dive Instruction School that offers instruction that comes to the student.
