Barnaul, Altay Region Russian Federation (PressExposure) November 20, 2008 -- Russian company PAVA visited an event of international significance in the food processing industry - Health ingredients Europe 2008, which took place in Paris, on November 4-6. It is the 5th edition of Hi Europe, which this time ran simultaneously with Natural ingredients Exhibition. The two exhibitions featured over 400 companies who presented their latest innovations and developments to the industry specialists. PAVA plans to launch the grain fractionation project in 2010, and aims to increase its business contacts. During the visit to Hi Europe 2008 the company pursued two main objectives. One aspect related to the company's future sales strategy - PAVA conducted negotiations with prospective consumers of its high value-added ingredients extracted from a wheat kernel. PAVA considers collaboration with both distributors and end-users of the products - mostly gluten and starches. During the visit, new contacts were made alongside developing the already established dialogue with companies. On the other side, PAVA's representative met with western partners who have vast expertise in manufacturing similar ingredients and related activities. The issues raised during the discussion included consultation and sharing expert knowledge regarding modification of starches, procuring international certificates, etc.
