Baltimore, Maryland (PressExposure) March 26, 2009 -- You want to create demand for your product, service or philosophy, but how do you achieve this most important of goals? Demand was also the inspiration for PDA Marketing, a woman-owned, full-service, marketing and public relations firm headquartered in Catonsville, Md., and available on the World Wide Web at [http://www.pdamarketing],net.
Like most great ideas, PDA Marketing was the product of humble beginnings. Sisters and co-founders Andrea and Theresa Ratajczak have long been a terrific team with complementary skills who provide a combined talent that is both energetic and unparalleled. Andrea Ratajczak boasts a background in direct mail advertising, while Theresa Ratajczak honed her creative skills during extensive experience in theatrical design.
Whether based on the immediacy of business, or the need for long-range planning and growth, PDA Marketing works closely with its partner clients to create synergistic solutions, creative campaigns and in-depth development of innovative concepts. Their approach is results based.
"It's all about solving problems. Whether it's creating an identity or designing a direct mail campaign that actually gets noticed, we are here to work side-by-side with our clients," says Andrea Ratajczak, PDA Marketing's vice president. "Professional, pleasant and willing, we take each project personally. Our clients' concerns and issues become our concerns and issues, because our success depends on our clients' success."
Having long served her direct mail clients, many of these same business entities morphed into the referrals that spurred Andrea Ratajczak to break away from direct mail and officially broaden her service offerings. Out-of-the-box problem solving regardless of limitations or difficulties, is her most telling strength. Andrea Ratajczak is result-driven, and her ability to move and motivate clients routinely meets with success. Whatever marketing obstacle she is faced with, she meets it head on, doing whatever necessary to achieve the marketing directions and goals set forth in the project.
Andrea Ratajczak brings to the team a background in business and marketing, coaching and motivation. Prior to PDA Marketing, she owned an award-winning direct mail firm where she not only delivered repeated successful mailing campaigns but also matched that effort in providing her clients with marketing strategies that were creative and innovative.
Theresa Ratajczak drives the creative energy that fuels the concepts unmatched in the industry. She draws her design instincts from her extensive theatrical design background. "Creating and building sets and being involved with the demands of creating illusion and metaphor from the viewer's perspective helps me approach each project," says Theresa Ratajczak. In addition to her design background, she managed marketing campaigns of all sizes in the commercial real estate industry in and around Baltimore, Md.
If you find the Ratajczak sisters' biographies impressive and their passion extraordinary, the feedback of their clients will only enhance your opinion of this dynamic duo. Comments such as "you nail it every time," "Unbelievable," and "Genius!" are recorded daily. Recently, Theresa Ratajczak delivered a creative submission and was told by the marketing director of a New York-based firm, "If I would have chosen the top six designers in the country to submit a creative concept, none would have presented a more perfect creative element and pleasing visual brand."
Where does this creativity come from? Well, it's all in the genes. Andrea and Theresa Ratajczak will both attest to the fact that their father, Ray Ratajczak, a television producer and director, was the source of their inspiration.. "My father had an amazing marketing mind. He was a maverick. Our childhood was touched and impacted by the beginnings of the television industry and the quickly transforming electronic media. It was exciting and we were exposed to all facets of it," explains Andrea Ratajczak. Ray and Betty Ratajczak offered a core of solid values and ethics that were cemented in the hearts and minds of their daughters. The results are obvious in the familial partnership that resulted in the formation of PDA Marketing in 1994.
"We do good work, and we do it with integrity. Client satisfaction is our goal and we do whatever it takes to get the job done," says PDA Marketing President Theresa Ratajczak.
