Other key features of the program include having a dedicated account manager, a priority hotline for technical support and quarterly briefing forums.
"Our new approach is guided by a desire to be transparent so partners feel integrated within our business and self sufficient. We want to know where partners hope to take their business and we will help them get there with marketing and business development support. Our new benefits in the program allow them to work with us closer to build their business." said Ms Homewood.

To lead the new initiatives, Pacnet has appointed Jason Staples as Partner Program Manager, who has over 10 years experience in telecommunications, managing customer service, sales and channels.
Pacnet has presented the new partner program through briefings sessions held in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane. The program is designed for system integrators with five to 30 staff who maintain direct relationships with SMBs, and has three tiers â Dragon, Tiger and Phoenix, reflecting the company's Asia Pacific reach.
