Tualatin, OR (PressExposure) October 20, 2011 -- Xenium HR, a human resourcing consulting company in Oregon, adds Patty Groman, a 12-year veteran in leadership, business management and human resources, to a staff 25 HR consulting professionals in its Tualatin, Oregon location.
Groman's previous experience came as a Vice President of Operations for a professional firm in Lake Oswego, where she worked directly with the CEO and led the operations team. Groman also oversaw all aspects of payroll processing, benefits and employment law compliance for the company's internal employees.
