Snell was recognized for her strategic use of both traditional print newsletters and E-newsletters to promote ACTSmart and expand its customer base.

ACTSmart, Inc., providers of IT services, web solutions, social media and video to web, has recently relocated to 100 Schoosett Street, Building 1B, Pembroke, MA 02359. The seven person firm had been located in Marshfield for the past 18 years.
Snell is diligent about producing and disseminating the "Monday Marketing Minute", a weekly E-newsletter chocked full of marketing tips, expert advice and client case studies. Additionally the company issues a monthly printed newsletter that reinforces the weekly E-newsletter. As a bonus, the company also produces a second E-newsletter entitled "Smartly Social" that outlines tips and innovations in the social networking arena.
The results overall of the newsletter campaign have been stellar. During a tough economic time, ACTSmart's gross sales are up 45.6%, and recurring income has climbed to 41.7%.
Pam Snell, a Plymouth, MA resident, co-founded ACTSmart with her husband David Snell. David directs the IT services division of the company. Pam manages the web solutions, social media and video to web services.
