San Jose, California (PressExposure) August 15, 2013 -- Propeople Digital Agency is happy to announce the release of the new Drupal-powered Badgevilles' website, a project at which the Propeople developers team spent about 3.5 months.
The main requirement of the project was to present the B2B services to the end-client and capture information as much as possible about the client. To implement this project, there was used Drupal platform (PHP/HTML/CSS/JS technologies) and within the main developed solutions can be listed:
3rd party Integration
As Badgeville site is a B2B platform, the main feature was 3rd party integration with Marketo service.
This fact allowed to embed forms on the site and analytics capturing. There was also integrated the registration process into the Marketo form, which allows users to register on the fly and gain direct access to specific content without filling in each time a Marketo form. The Propeople team also did an integration with the Salesforce login system.
Complex website architecture
The current Badgeville website has a complex architecture with a big number of layouts being as a puzzle, giving the possibility to arrange blocks in different ways.
There was also migrated the blog from the old website to the new one, in an automatically way using Feeds and custom built presets.
The badgeville website had been fully redesigned. The flat design focuses on simple shapes, colors and typography to emphasize clarity and usability of the service.
The Propeople team affirms that "Introduction of the new features and functionalities, will affect positively the end-user in terms of information understanding and interaction with the service."
The new Badgeville's website is now easy to use and understand. It has a modern shape and more contrast which helps to read the text easier. The implementation of Marketo makes it more user-friendly for back-end management and is not annoying for front-end users.
