The response from the team was incredible and as a result five teammembers have successfully completed NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Customer Services and three staff have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading.

Following the success of the first year of the training strategy, each new member of staff is now invited to train for a relevant qualification to further enhance the company's superb reputation and level of customer service.
