Halifax, United Kingdom (PressExposure) October 31, 2009 -- Last month a small Yorkshire family-owned business, Cristel Graphics Limited http://www.cristelgraphics.co.uk successfully upgraded to the latest international standard for a Quality Management System - BS EN ISO9001:2008. The Company, which has operated a certified Quality Management System since 1997, not only specialises in the manufacture of Time Cards / Clock Cards, being the largest manufacturer in the UK, but also sells a complete range of branded Time & Attendance Recorders or Time Clocks and Time/Date Stamps from well-established names such as MAX, Seiko Precision and Simplex. In addition, Cristel Graphics Limited also has a successful General Print Division producing anything from a two-colour letterhead to full colour leaflets.
Steven Broadbent, Director, commented: "As a small family-owned business we were very pleased to have upgraded to the latest standard within the first twelve months after its publication. In the present economic climate, businesses cannot afford to ignore the requirements of a good Quality Management System as it can be a differentiating factor between you and your competition. As our business is ISO 9001 registered, it means that we have been assessed independently in meeting the requirements of the international standard, and are therefore more quality driven than a business that has not undertaken ISO 9001. This then can provide our customers with an additional level of security regarding product quality and improving customer satisfaction, a fact borne out by the fact that our Customer Satisfaction Index has consistently been over 90% over the last four years."
