Tulum, Quintana Roo Mexico (PressExposure) February 28, 2011 -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Om Tulum Hotel Cabanas and Beach Club in Tulum, Mexico has always prioritized the well-being and relaxation of guests above all else. Those who stay here quickly realize that this lovely hotel aims to not only provide a wonderful accommodation but also soothe their minds and bodies. Now, the hotel eagerly offers even more opportunities for wellness with its Sacro-Occipital Technique sessions by Dr. Michael Lande.
Sacro-Occipital Technique, or SOT, is a form of chiropractic treatment that balances the nervous system. It focuses on establishing and maintaining an optimum state for the spine and spinal cord. This technique particularly places great importance on the top and bottom ends of the spine, which can commonly have irregularities in alignment and relation with each other.
SOT is based on the underlying principle that the proper condition of the spine and spinal cord contributes to the improvement of a person's overall fitness. After all, the spinal cord is one of the most important parts in the human anatomy, connecting the brain with all the other parts of the body. Thus, it naturally follows that keeping the spine and spinal cord in an optimal state greatly leads to better health. In fact, SOT is believed to help people perform their tasks better, relax easier, and heal faster.
These SOT sessions are conducted by Dr. Michael Lande, DC, a US-trained and licensed physician. He has studied the science, art, and philosophy of Chiropractic and Craniopathy since 2001, as well as massage since 1996. Dr. Lande is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and the Sacro-Occipital Research Society International (SORSI).
Om Tulum Hotel Cabanas and Beach Club offers these sessions with Dr. Lande every Sunday from 1 to 5 pm. For inquiries and reservation, call 984 114 0538 or visit http://www.tulum-playa.com/.
