Eugene, Oregon (PressExposure) December 08, 2008 -- IDX, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Brad Tritschler with Exit Realty Gulf Coast to the expanding database of real estate professionals adding custom IDX Broker software to the property search function of their websites. Property seekers in the Venice, Fla. can now use advanced search categories to narrow down results on the Mid-Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS). The custom IDX solution is able to extract the raw listing data and format it to appear as an integrated and easily searchable part of Tritschler's website.
Unique search categories such as garage/carport, floor covering, exterior features, additional rooms, community features, and property style allow clients to create and save custom searches. Clients can enter their contact information and receive email updates when properties matching their specifications become available on MFRMLS. IDX tools prominently displayed on the property details page provide clients with links to request more information, email property details, schedule a showing, print a flyer, pinpoint the property on an interactive map, and calculate likely mortgage payments.
While IDX Broker provides many benefits to the client, it also has a wealth of resources for Tritschler to use including the ability to completely control the look of his site by allowing him to edit his custom CSS and global wrappers. An administrative log-in page provides data as to site visits and the number of views each of his pages receives. Tritschler can increase his listings visibility by creating custom XML codes for syndication to popular real estate search websites such as REFSN and RSS Feed.
About Brad Tritschler "Born and raised in Sarasota County, I am a third generation Licensed Real Estate Broker residing in the Venice/ Nokomis/Englewood area. I spent a lot of my youth boating and fishing the local waterways from Tampa Bay to Boca Grande Pass searching for the famous Silver King (Tarpon). I did explore outside the area and drive across the country twice to live in Santa Cruz, California each time finding I would rather live in Sunny South West Florida, even though Santa Cruz is rated as one of the most beautiful places to live in the US. Much of my family lives in the area and works in the Real Estate profession, making my career path an easy decision. To this day when I'm not helping people sell and buy Real Estate you can find me on the water enjoying what this area is all about, Sun, Sand and Water."
