Denver, CO (PressExposure) September 17, 2007 -- Real Coaching Radio proved yet again to be an innovator within the realm of Social Network Broadcasting on NowLive.
Coach Steve, took real estate marketing to new heights today during an interview with Robin Hoffman, a woman who is currently looking to sell her 3 million dollar luxurious home in Washington Park, CO.
During the interview, Robin took the listeners on a virtual tour of her home describing even the smallest details. As she spoke of each and every room, her voice was filled with the emotion of many fond memories and the loving qualities a home owner has for their sacred space. It was, almost, like being in the house with her on a specially guided tour.
Real Coaching Radio even provided a photograph of the home, in the virtual studio, so that listeners could have the privilege of seeing what Robin has cherished so much.
As if that wasn't enough, though, Coach Steve mentioned that he could show the listeners a promotional video of the house at a later date in the studio and push the video out to the listeners.
I can hear you thinking that there is nothing new in radio broadcasting with images, on the Internet, but let me ask you this: "Where else on the Internet have you ever heard of a virtual house tour, with the property owner, for the purpose of finding a buyer for the property"? - with the blessing of her Realtor of course.
The questions to be asked here are: "Is this the new way for buying and selling Real Estate in the future"?. "Could Social Network Broadcasting be as powerful, if not more powerful than television"?
As with any product for sale, only the person who has a true passion for it will be able to describe it in a way that captures the imagination of others. In fact, unless you love the product you are selling, you will never sell it to others. That is one of the golden rules that sets aside a successful salesperson from a non-successful one.
So, how much more perfect can this type of Real Estate advertising be?
As a listener, I was completely hooked on Robin's every word and every description. I felt like I was walking around the house with her. The words were so vivid, I could picture the details in my mind. The description she gave of her home truly captured my imagination.
