Edmonton, Alberta Canada (PressExposure) October 17, 2011 -- Graham Wood, the President of Titan Alarm LTD and Tyler Hatch, the Vice President of Sales Operations, represented Titan Alarm LTD at the presentation. These awards were particularly meaningful since Titan Alarm only recently became affiliated as a dealer with Reliance Protectron in April of 2011. Reliance Protectron currently works with one hundred and forty-eight (148) dealers. As such, Titan Alarm had extensive competition for these honors. Notwithstanding this competition, Titan Alarm was recognized for its extraordinary achievements at this ceremonial event. Titan Alarm LTD was given the "Life Safety", "Diamond" and "Noteworthy" dealer awards in acknowledgment for its outstanding performance as a dealer in the Reliance Protectron dealer network.
Titan Alarm was the designated winner of the "Life Safety" dealer award. The criteria for the Life Safety award is that it is given to the dealer with the highest percentage of overall sales that include a life safety component such as a smoke or CO. Notwithstanding Titan Alarm's recent membership into the Reliance Protectron network, it still achieved the requisite highest percentage to qualify for this award. During the presentation, the company was specifically recognized for its commitment to honoring its vision of prioritizing the protection of families and for incorporating the inclusion of at least one life safety device into all of its sales. Titan Alarm LTD is extremely proud of this particular award because it confirms that it is abiding by its core values.
Titan Alarm LTD was also presented with the Noteworthy Performance dealer award. This award was extremely meaningful to the company because the presentation of this award recognized virtually every facet of the company's structure in realizing this achievement. Titan Alarm was credited with its strong company culture, exceptional sales paradigm in selling longer term contracts, establishing a state-of-the-art call center to support all of its operations, achieving a record production of fifteen thousand accounts and inspiring Reliance to take its own organization to the next level. The entire organization takes great pride in this accomplishment.
Titan Alarm LTD was also the recipient of the "Diamond Dealer" award. The criteria for this award is to achieve over one thousand and eight hundred sales between August 2010 and July 2011. Titan Alarm most definite exceeded this level of production. Titan's highly impressive sales production was again recognized during the presentation of this award.
