SAP Mobility Solutions Go Free

Sydney, Australia (PressExposure) July 16, 2011 -- Australian mobility company, 10seconds Software today announces the release of free versions of its Express Suite family of products , providing 'SAP Approvals from Anywhere' to the SAP marketplace.

The free solution offering, to SAP users, will contain 5 user licenses, along with free setup, free support and no contracts.

"We are breaking away from the traditional SAP vendor business model and making these solutions irresistible to busy managers looking to put mundane, repetitive computer tasks behind them," said Greg Donaldson, Managing Director, 10 Seconds Software

These solutions allow management teams to be notified of, and securely approve SAP Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Service Entries and Blocked Invoices easily from a very wide variety of platforms.

10 Seconds Software mobility solutions are currently saving managers over 60 hours a month by allowing them to approve in seconds from their browser, iPad, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows SmartPhone, Playbook or other device. This is achievable due to an intuitive and easy to use interface to SAP for occasional and busy users.

"Saving companies time and money by giving managers location and platform independent visibility and control is what's driving mobility adoption in business," said Greg.

Importantly, all 10 Seconds Software solutions are 'transport free' which means no changes are made to the SAP system, but rather they facilitate the communication process to reduce, or even eliminate, blocks in company processes.

"SAP customers have been burnt by difficult contracts and lengthy negotiations, mobility is a new era focused on enhancing and streamlining the systems already in place, it doesn't need the buying complexity of an ERP system," said Greg.

"We have a lot of interest in our products, but offering a free entry level version will get the attention we need to encourage customers to evaluate our products and discover how easy it is to allow management teams to interact with SAP anywhere, anytime" said Jack Cornford, Sales Director, 10 Seconds Software.

According to the company many of their prospective clients are facing lengthy delays and internal difficulties getting approval to move forward with solutions around SAP.

"There's a large amount of inertia involved in any business process changes associated with SAP systems. Teams simply aren't use to the idea that they can implement cost effective, low risk productivity solutions in days. Our customers take an average of 6-9 months to make a decision in the mobility space. We decided rather than offering free time based trials, which never seemed to be long enough, we'd offer a free version with a limited number of users and let them take as long as they like," said Jack.

10 Seconds Software solutions are available through their selected business partners as well as directly through their website.

All 10seconds Software solutions are 100% web based and accessible from a mobile or desktop browser.
