This award is given to the customer who has shown the most innovation and creativity in solving core business problems with SMA's product OpCon/xps. Janice is Director of Management Information Services. Janice has shown exceptional creativity in integrating her Unisys MCP mainframe with her Windows environment. She has seamlessly integrated their document management and learning systems with their mainframe environment not only eliminating headaches but increasing the effectiveness of their systems.
