The team of chefs at India Jones presents an array of wholesome salads, with healthy vegetables, meat and seafood, tossed in traditional Oriental flavours; known as 'Sunomono' in Japan, 'Goi' in Vietnamese and 'Yam' in Thai.
Savour Tenderloin Tataki, sake marinated, grilled tenderloin with spring scallions and mirin; or Miso Salada, salad of steamed haricots, dressed with miso and sesame seed oil from Japan; Cong Xiang, Jipian,steamed chicken salad with Chinese wine, garlic and onion; or Shi Jing Shu Cai, salad of mixed chiffonade vegetables in green pepper oil vinaigrette from China; or the Vietnamese classic Casa Fi, salad of shredded chicken with spouted beans, cucumber and fish essence.
Thai favourites include Taeng Kwa Tahu, salad of bean curd with crisp iceberg and cucumber in black vinegar dressing; or Pla Gung, salad of marinated Kerala prawns with galangal and lemongrass; or Yam Head, salad of mixed fungus, shitake and Paris mushroom in Thai bird eye chilli sauce.
