Metzger highlighted: "The world moves with a wonderful velocity. Old methods are dead. The new ones are what you need and must have to move forward."

She goes on to comment:

"The graduates that I have hired have been eager to work, they have been dedicated to the job, they have a lot of professionalism and they are just ready to work."

The college operates from five campuses in various locations including: Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Bakersfield, Ventura and Rancho Mirage. The college has also observed a growing trend towards online courses; with the most popular courses being, business, healthcare, IT and Law.

Mathew Johnston, President of SBBCollege, stated:

He goes on to say that:

"2013 may be our 125th anniversary but we are already looking to the future and we are determined to continue producing students that not only find jobs quickly but are equipped to achieve their true potential in business and in life."

It is thought that one of the key ingredients to the college's success are the small class sizes, the college ensure that class sizes remain between 10 - 20 students, which in turn allows a high degree of personal attention for students.

Mr Johnston added: "The size of our classes allows us more opportunity to provide quality education programs that meet the needs of the individual student, the companies they will work for and the communities they will serve.

"Going forward, we will continue to produce graduates who are skilled, proficient and responsible."

SBBCollege is currently planning a year of celebrations to mark its 125th anniversary. Details will be announced soon.
