San Diego, California (PressExposure) November 26, 2013 -- Schedulehead, a free, intelligent, event-staff scheduling app has just joined the competitive schedule-software and app market. After years of research, testing and refining their cloud-based scheduling tool, Schedulehead is pleased to announce that they are rolling out the product to the general public.
Setting out to differentiate themselves from the competition, Schedulehead founder Derick Dorner wanted to create an employee scheduling app that was more than a glorified spreadsheet. To do this, he spent three years personally developing and writing the program to create the now patented technology that mimics human logic.
Schedulehead is a decision-making software application that takes the same factors into account that a human scheduler would. Factors like "What skills does this employee have?" "How long has this employee worked for me?" and "How well has this employee performed in the past?" are all a part of Schedulehead's logic.
Dorner's goal was to simplify the process of scheduling, enabling small business owners to handle HR duties by themselves, without having to hire on a scheduler to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars a year. After testing extensively, he believes he has created an employee scheduling app that is "powerful, unique and simple," the three criteria that most small business owners are looking for.
He is right, according to Zapher Dajani of Dajani Hospitality inc. Dajani says "Schedulhead has streamlined our business like never before." Dajani estimates that before he started using the program he was spending as much as 25 hours a week on the phone staffing his events.
Since the intelligent technology is a feature that no other product on the market has, and the company maintains that the base version will remain free forever, it seems logical that Schedulehead will be able to take a significant market share away from older, more established companies.
