Jason brings with him over a decade of executive F&B and management experience in the hospitality industry, underscored by a superlative track record with award-winning hotels and restaurants both domestically and abroad.
Of German and Mexican descent, Jason spent his early years in Los Angeles, USA, before moving to Germany for study and then Asia to further his career. Since graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from the Hotel Management School in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, he has worked for numerous distinguished properties, such as the Sovena Gili Resort & Six Senses Spa, Maldives and in Thailand at the Tubkaak Boutique Resort, Krabi, All Seasons Naiharn Hotel, Phuket, and Evason Hideaway & Six Senses Spa, Hua Hin. Jason's culinary prowess has been featured in such magazines as Home & Décor, Hello, GM and Volume. Under his expert guidance several restaurants have garnered distinguished awards, such as BYD Fusion in Phuket, winning the 2005 Thailand Tatler 'Best Fusion Restaurant' award. The Siam Bayview looks forward to sharing Jason's gastronomic offerings with in-house guests and discerning local patrons in the months and years to come.
