The South African Food & Wine Festival will take place on January 12th - 21st at 4 award winning restaurants at the Rembrandt Hotel. Taste authentic South African cuisine prepared by three chefs flew directly from five star Sandton Sun hotel, Johannesburg. The unique gourmet event brings together famous specialties such as Grain-fed Beef Medallions, Biltong Infused Mielie Bread, South African Rooibos Loose Leaf Tea by Ronnefeld and much more.
The event highlighted the exquisite wines of ANURA and the brilliant six courses dinner at da Vinci Italian restaurant, the dinner specially prepared by Chef Nicola Anne Gibbs, Chef Thuli Mabunda and Chef Vusi Mtombela, paired with exquisite wines selected by Executive Chef Andrew Mann.
