Staff Assist Program Released

Flinders, Australia (PressExposure) January 28, 2009 -- Over the past five years the Online Jewelry Appraisal System has been gathering momentum utilizing a simple multiple choice form to self assess the value of their jewelry online.

The program has been well received both from the public and the trade.

Receiving feedback from our customers, the resident gemologist and jewelry Appraisers involved in the software development realized there was a concern in the community from those who either had no time (approximately 20 - 30 minutes) to complete their own Certificate Valuation, or were simple not confident enough where complex items of jewelry such as Brooches, Bracelets and Multi-Gem set items were concerned, despite the fact they may have the original purchase documentation or old out-of-date appraisals listing all the weights, measures, colors and sizes available to their specific jewelry items.

This has culminated in a new service program called 'Staff Assist' where trained members of the Jewelry Appraisal Staff will take the clients information via email and enter the data into the database for them.

This service is an optional add-on to the current online jewelry appraisal system and can be instigated from the clients Valuation Manager Account or directly for new clients on the information pages.

General Help and Support is still available, as is a qualified gemologist and Valuer at no extra charge. This new Staff Assist Program simply takes the system to a faster and easier level for those clients who require it.
