St Louis, MO (PressExposure) January 18, 2012 -- St. Louis based Internet strategy, web development, mobile and online marketing agency, SteadyRain, has expanded its corporate management team to accommodate continued growth by electing Eric Baggett to join its senior management team starting on January 1, 2012.
Eric currently holds the role of Director of Online Marketing. In this position, Eric not only manages the client relations and campaign initiatives of SteadyRain's growing online marketing business, but also contributes to SteadyRain' business development efforts outside of this service area.
In addition to managing the company's online marketing department, as a member of the SteadyRain management team, Eric will be an integral part of the overall corporate strategy.
"For me, this was a decision I suspected would occur when I met Eric in our first interview," said Thompson Knox, Executive Vice President at SteadyRain. "Eric's knowledge, energy and charisma around online marketing were evident the first time we met. Since joining SteadyRain, he has proven that, not only does he have those attributes, but he can direct and focus them to solve client problems. He has proven his dedication and, with this promotion, I think the management team at SteadyRain acknowledge and reinforce our commitment to him."
Eric joined SteadyRain in 2010 with a vision to create an Online Marketing department that focused on providing the client with the best possible solution for their business needs, producing transparent reporting with appropriate analysis to help the client grow and building a clear service and pricing model that does not tie management fees to a client's media spend, which would otherwise drive up costs for campaign management.
As Eric's vision came into fruition, he has assisted many of SteadyRain's new and existing clients achieve online success through thoughtful and well-constructed Online Marketing solutions. As a result, he was instrumental in SteadyRain winning a 2011 TAM Award for a client's online marketing campaign that successfully increased conversions while decreasing media spend.
In late 2011, Eric was honored by the St. Louis Small Business Monthly by being named a "Top Small Business Executive," which received acknowledgement in the October issue of the publication.
