The first will be at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24th in the Hyatt Regency Sarasota located at 1000 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL. The second will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 25th at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, located at 333 1st Street South, St. Petersburg, FL. These seminars are part of the statewide Continental Certified Educational Program Series and are open to any condominium board member who wishes to attend.

These courses will cover the most critical aspects of condominium operations, and will provide guidance for board members who want to better understand how to manage the day-to-day operations of their condominium communities in 2012. Upon completion of the course, a TCG instructor will present newly elected or appointed condominium board members with a certificate of completion that satisfies new state educational requirements for their position.
