TagTeam Capture streamlines the collection of data from the field, compiles reports on the accumulated data, and automatically distributes the reports to authorized recipients. TagTeam Capture enables the quick and easy creation of online surveys and forms to gather information on products and topics from customers, prospects, sales channels, and sales reps. Armed with this feedback, marketers can respond quickly to market conditions to remain competitive and to develop successful strategies and programs.
TagTeam Capture was developed in response to customer requests for easier collection of structured data from busy sales reps in the field. It addresses marketers' needs to manage and report on collected market data, while eliminating time-consuming, manual steps typically associated with email surveys and forms. It also eliminates the need to enter data into spreadsheets and to manually distribute reports to designated employees.
Alberto-Culver, the well-known consumer packaged goods company, is using TagTeam Capture to streamline the collection of critical sales and distribution data from sales representatives. Capture applications also are being used by other major industrial and consumer goods companies.
The Capture module is configurable by TagTeam administrators who determine what data gets collected and from whom in the organization; who should receive reports, and the frequency of the assembled reports. For trade marketing departments, TagTeam Capture is used to collect and track data on products on the shelves at retailers, which accounts are planning on stocking new products, and the quantity of marketing materials on specific products that sales reps need. In industrial selling situations, TagTeam Capture is used for internal workflows, approvals, and for customer service applications.
