Tempe, AZ (PressExposure) March 06, 2014 -- TechKnowPartners, LLC announces a campaign for business partner, All College, LLC on Indiegogo.com.
All College is a mobile app and website that connects students and businesses within the local college community in Tempe, Arizona. The app is being developed and launched in Tempe by ASU students Jon Cooke and Kijhan Thomas, with assistance from TechKnowPartners, LLC. The app and its related website will enable ASU students to better connect with the local community.
"Jon and I were always talking about different business ideas; the year after we met, we were discussing the fact that we were always going to the same places to eat, spending the same amount of money, and not having ways to find deals and new places to go to save," said Kijhan Thomas, co-founder of All College, LLC. "Our app will enable students to find deals for books, events, restaurants, and many other products and services offered in Tempe," he added. "Students can also use the app to buy, sell, and exchange textbooks with each other and other essential student supplies; the app will also help students seeking employment opportunities," emphasized Thomas.
"Businesses will be able to more easily connect with students looking for products, services, and employment opportunities through this application," said Jon Cooke, co-founder of All College, LLC. "The main goal is to create a centralized community for businesses and students within Tempe; we are building the app according to ideas and suggestions from over 750 students and 75 businesses in Tempe," Cooke added.
Nigel A.L. Brooks, co-founder and principal of Tempe-based TechKnowPartners, LLC was excited to hear about All College through a referral from the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, and has been working with Cooke and Thomas ever since.
"I saw an opportunity here to take a concept that will work in the local marketplace, providing value to both students and businesses, and can scale up into a regional, national, and eventually global markets," Brooks said. "By getting it to work at ASU in Tempe, we can take the app to any college in the world. It's a truly upwardly mobile entrepreneurial opportunity through its ease of duplication," he added.
All College expects to launch later this year and has launched its campaign on Indiegogo.com, with a goal of raising $10,000 in donations by the beginning of May. The All College app is a valuable tool for both students and businesses in Tempe and is positioned put to Tempe on the global map!
