The 3C Company, India's leading green developer, today announced a tie-up with internationally renowned Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to develop a five star hotel at the recently announced project - 'Delhi One'. The strategic move between the two companies was sealed by signing the LOI and thus ensuring that Four Seasons will not develop any other 5 star property in Delhi and Noida for the next 25 years.
