THE GUIDANCE CENTER'S 2ND ANNUAL POKER RUN AND MENTAL HEALTH DAY FLAGSTAFF, AZ:
Climb onto your motorcycle, or into your car, and join The Guidance Center on September 19th for their 2nd Annual Poker Run and Mental Health Day.
The event starts with a breakfast for all participants, followed by a 150 mile motorcycle / car ride. At each of five stops, riders will receive a card for their poker hand. After the ride, the best hand will receive a $400 cash prize, and the worst hand will receive $200. A fund raiser Dinner will be served after the ride, and there will be a raffle of fantastic prizes, including: â¢ Insignia 42" LCD HDTV 1080P â¢ Biker Basket - $30 gift certificate to Randal's Fine Meats, and more. A $250 value. â¢ Best of Flagstaff Basket - 1-night stay at Little America, breakfast for 2 at Little America, massage, and more. A $250 value â¢ Vacation Basket - 3-days and 2-nights at the Avi Resort and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, and more. The Poker Run starts and ends at the Elks Lodge, 2101 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff. Check in begins at 8:30 am, and the ride goes from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Guidance Center was founded in 1969, and is a 501(c) (3) non-profit community behavioral healthcare organization. It provides inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment to the northern Arizona community. In addition, it offers 24-hour crisis services to both the Flagstaff and Williams communities.
