These statistics show signs of an improving St. Louis real estate market and if keeping with the trend, project a successful 2013. Statistically, in the month of October The Kelly Hager Group closed 513 percent more contracts compared to other realtor groups at 20 percent. The Kelly Hager Group sellers also see an average of 3.7 percent more to their final sale price than competitors and also earned the recognition of being the leader among all Multiple Listing Service offices.
In November, the Kelly Hager Group, closed sales volume was 185 percent higher than the competition, and they out-produced in listings sold by 81 percent. Additionally, The Kelly Hager Group wrote 114 percent more contracts than many other top real estate companies in the area. Consistent with previous months, December was also a huge success, as Kelly Hager Group ended the year with a 140 percent more closed volume sale, putting them in the top one percent of all real estate agents in the state of Missouri.
