Jerusalem, Israel (PressExposure) March 08, 2010 -- The Pet Wiki is launching an exciting new contest for all new contributors to the website. Between today and Mar. 22, 2010, all new contributors will enter a raffle to win a copy of Life Lessons from a Ranch Horse by Mark Rashid. The Pet Wiki has created 6 articles divided into sub-sections so pet lovers can add information easily.

The topics of the articles are, "How to Choose a Vet," "Grooming Your Pet," "How Children Benefit from the Family Pet," "Animal Heroism," "Naming Your Pet" and "Horsing Around." The information can come from the contributor's personal knowledge and experience or from research on or offline. Registration is free and simple. Contributions can vary from a few sentences to a few paragraphs or even a whole new article.

Contest rules:

1. The first thing you need to do to enter the contest is register on The Pet Wiki. Be sure to add your email address so that we can contact you. 2. We have come up with a few topics that we would like your input on. Choose one of the articles below and add anything from a few lines to a few paragraphs. 3. If you prefer to write a totally new article you will also be eligible for the prize. 4. The Pet Wiki will choose a winner randomly from all our new contributors. 5. The contest ends on March 1, 2010 at midnight EST.
