The Release of Streaming Webinars for Job Seekers and Career Searches Wanting SuccessRaleigh, North Carolina (PressExposure) February 21, 2010 -- Job seekers and those wanting to change their current employment are struggling. They are frequently disappointed with their vigorous efforts. Others are not sure what the most effective process is to follow. It adds to the frustration the difficult economy has created. There are literally thousands of opportunities to find advice and tips, all well intentioned. The problem is they are all similar with little revisions to their particular offering. They relieve little of the disappointment as they are the same tips and advice that has been around since the 1960s. The only innovation is the addition of the internet and the increased speed it allows. Find out how to change the decade old process that has never proven itself to create success. Learn how skill-based training can create the success desired. There are approximately 36 million people unemployed in the United States today. There are almost as many offerings of advice and help. With all the offerings for help available to the job seeker, it is almost as frustrating to find real help as is the job search itself. So, how does the job seeker who is serious about changing their lack of success into real success, find what they really need? First, look for a site with information that is truly different and contains common sense. Read the articles and consider once it is distilled down, if the advice is the same as other advice. Second, is there help on the site that provides a comparison you can make between, what you are doing as a process versus what is really effective? It might be in the form of a questionnaire or simple test. The answers should contain common sense and be open new avenues. Third, do they have actual skill-based training for a complete process from start to finish? Or, is it just bits and pieces that leave you wondering how to effectively apply the information? Finally, if the site offers training, how is the training delivered? Is it in common sense language and easy to understand? Do they deliver it in a logical sequence? Do they deliver it in different formats to accommodate those trying to achieve success? Is there opportunity to clarify anything that is unclear? Seeking that type of training, information and offerings will lead to job seekers’ success. After all with approximately 36 million unemployed, isn’t it about time real help was offered?
