The ITQ is a qualification based on building capability in the use of IT systems and software. The ROI Academyâ¢ is developing a case study looking at the impact of the ITQ programme within a major National Retailer.
e-skills UK is aware of anecdotal evidence suggesting that the return on investment to an organisation that invests in the ITQ for staff can be substantial.
