This interrogator card minimizes human intervention while achieving extremely reliable performance of real time data collection in the identification, tracking and tracing, and localization of assets or people. It uses UHF radio frequency technology with an advanced anti-collision algorithm, allowing it to accurately transmit and receive information to and from literally thousands of RFID tags.
This RFID interrogator PC card, model 227001, in a PCMCIA card format, identifies up to 2,000 tags simultaneously and provides reliable identification of fast-moving objects. It offers digitally adjustable sensitivity: -85dBm for high sensitivity and -55dBm for low sensitivity. This card can be conveniently plugged into a laptop, handheld or mobile computer. It is shipped with software for application development under Windows CE, 9x, NT, 2000, XP and Linux operating systems. The built-in software also enables it to process data and update firmware through the PCMCIA or serial interface.
