London, United Kingdom (PressExposure) January 30, 2009 -- Ultimate Boot Camp - a revolutionary health and fitness phenomenon set to take the world of boot camps by storm - launched this month.
A new breed of boot camp designed by women for women, the camps will not only provide the opportunity to tone up and get fit with Marine Physical Training Instructors - renowned for being amongst the fittest individuals on the planet, but will offer practical advice from a top nutritionist. The camps will also offer coaching sessions by leading life coach -Jeremy Milnes - and a complete aftercare package to help you stay on track. The brain-child of business partners Sam Watts and Rachel Davies, Ultimate Boot Camp's formula has evolved from personal experience. Their paths crossed while on a boot camp in early 2008, which they both enjoyed but felt that there were many areas for improvement.
Sam explains: "I loved the boot camp experience and the immediate results following my week away were fantastic. However, I wanted to learn more about nutrition, the physiology and psychology behind fitness and how to make a complete and lifelong lifestyle change. This is exactly what we intend to pass onto women who attend an Ultimate Boot Camp - and not just the 'drop a dress size' cliché."
Supported by the highly passionate and personable Ultimate Boot Camp team, recruits will burn fat, lose weight and become physically and emotionally stronger. The week-long Ultimate Boot Camps will be held at one of the three carefully selected venues in The New Forest, Devon and East Anglia.
Unlike the traditional boot camp experience, the accommodation has been carefully sourced to ensure a high standard and level of comfort - all camps will be either 4 or 5 star.
The Ultimate Boot Camp nutritionist has devised healthy and nutritious meals to ensure your body will get the fuel it needs to train to its full potential. Sourced locally and organically where possible, delicious dishes will include hearty stews, crispy stir fries and grilled fish platters with seasonal vegetables.
Ideal for women of all ages and abilities, an Ultimate Boot Camp offers a unique experience from the seasoned marathon runner to the serial couch potato. And as if being motivated to perform by six-packed Marine PTIs isn't enough to tempt you - all recruits stays will be enhanced by motivational speakers and seminars as well as yoga and meditation to ensure total balance of body and mind.
A bespoke and full aftercare package including motivational tips, nutritional advice and a web forum will help you continue your journey to optimum health after leaving the camp.
An Ultimate Boot Camp day lasts between 12-14 hours with activities including circuit training, coasteering, mountain biking, over-night survival, body pump, raft building, boxing and team games such as beach rounders.
An Ultimate Boot Camp costs from £1275 - £1650*, depending on the type of accommodation. The first Ultimate Boot Camp week will take place on 20 February in Devon.
