Ultralingua, Inc Launches Interactive Dictionary for Windows OS

Minneapolis, MN (PressExposure) June 11, 2009 -- Language software company Ultralingua, makers of popular download dictionaries and a highly-rated online dictionary, have released the much anticipated update to their popular Ultralingua dictionary for Windows. The release follows requests from language learners for more interactive dictionary features.

Loring Harrop, General Manager of Ultralingua, comments: "People all over the world are gravitating toward more interactive software. There are clear trends in user ratings that tell us people want their software to do more. We met these needs with features like our flashcard generator - users can create sets that work for them."

The flashcard generator isn't the only improvement to the dictionary software. It comes with a new interface that allows searching as you type, updated language databases, and an improved hotkey feature. Ultralingua partner brands Collins and Simon & Schuster now have products available to Windows users as well.

Harrop continues, "Our hotkey feature has always been a fan favorite. Users can look up words in any document or program using their Ultralingua dictionary with a single click. With Ultralingua 7 for Windows improvements we expect to see yet another boost in its popularity."

Discounts are available for current Ultralingua users, and anyone can try the software out with a 10-Day Free Trial download from (hyperlink: http://www.ultralingua.com/en/download-windows-dictionary.htm)
