Clement is especially good at helping reluctant networkers get up to speed because she understands them all too well. "I used to be in those same shoes myself," Clement says.

In 2000 Clement sold her employment agency which she had built¬ into a multi-million dollar enterprise. Since then as a business coach, she has helped thousands of small business owners get more clients and ramp up their revenue streams.

But first, Clement needed to find those clients -- her old cold calling techniques simply weren't working with her new type of prospects. Fortunately, she quickly discovered that networking was a phenomenal way to build her coaching business, and transformed herself from a reluctant networker into a networking expert.
