Vista Del Mar Child And Family Services Youth Score Donated Tickets To Dodgers Game

Beverly Hills, CA (PressExposure) November 07, 2007 -- A group of lucky students at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services enjoyed an opportunity of a lifetime when they got a chance to attend a major league baseball game at Dodger Stadium and watch the action from a donated luxury suite. The nation’s favorite pastime proved to be even more exciting by seeing the Dodgers in person, while eating famous foot-long Dodger dogs and drinking plenty of refreshing sodas from the perfect vantage point. Students thanked the donors at their recent visit to the center.

“We sincerely appreciate the generous donation of these tickets by the Rochelle and Richard Maize Foundation,” said Elias Lefferman, president and CEO of Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services. “This is the third time that Richard Maize, and his wife Rochelle, have donated their tickets for the benefit of the youth at Vista Del Mar. Their generosity enables our students to have fun and have an experience they never had before.

"Supporting Vista Del Mar’s important work with youth and families in Southern California has been a major focus of our foundation’s work,” said Richard Maize, co-founder of the Rochelle and Richard Maize Foundation. “Our greatest joy is seeing the students at Vista Del Mar develop increased confidence in their abilities, enhance their communication skills and improve their personal and family relationships,” he added.
