Originally developed in 2008, this is the only Fitness series on TV created by a Certified Licensed Occupational Therapy Practitioner, Suzanne Andrews, who has 30 years of exercise education experience specializing in medically proven techniques to increase everyday function through fitness.
Andrews focuses on exercises to help prevent injury, improve heart health, mental alertness, prevent / manage diabetes, and she also educates viewers on healthy body image. Viewers wishing to lose weight will connect very well with Andrews since she lost over 60 pounds.
This ongoing series will be nationwide spring 2009. WDSC will air the show beginning March 4th at 10:30 am weekdays.
