In addition to the changes made to the shopping engine, the company has developed a custom Automated E-mail system. This system now sends out recommended products, based on the products purchased, with each order receipt. The system will follow up 30 days after each order requesting a review of the product. Replenishment e-mails are automatically sent to remind patients that their product is running low and is time to purchase.
