If you click a product in the category list and enter its page, you can find a section composed of four parts in the right of the page.

The first part is Product Online Help, namely, online call centre. Having any question or needing more information about the product in which you are interested, please feel free to talk with us online. We will give you information you need at once privately.

The second part is Pre-sale Advisory which starts to work from Nov.25. If you have any question about the product, please note them down. We will answer it as soon as possible. Other consumers who are interested in the same product or have the same question like you can see the record.

Other two parts refer to order procedure and payment methods. Order Procedure is set up for bringing you convenience. Even if it is the first time you place orders in EBsilk.com, you know how to get the next step because of the step-by-step illustration. As to payment methods, we accept four ways, namely, credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, and western union.
