Nashviille, TN (PressExposure) May 02, 2007 -- While having a personal coach for career or physical exercise has been popular for years, group coaching for writers is a new concept being modeled by two freelance writers Suzanne Lieurance, known as the âWorking Writers Coach,â offers individual coaching sessions and writes for children. Yvonne Perry is the owner of Write On! Creative Writing Services based in Nashville Tennessee and serves as a ghostwriter for individuals and businesses. Both writers are also published authors.
From time to time, publishers, marketing experts, blogging gurus and other successful freelance writers appear as guest teachers in the writing classes, but on a regular basis, Suzanne teaches weeks one and two of each month and Yvonne takes the class on weeks three and four. Months with five weeks are open to the public for anyone who wants to see what information might be offered in the class before subscribing. A weekly agenda is published as an audio file each Monday so participants have an idea of what or who is coming to the virtual classroom that week.
Since most of the subscribers are writers and people who want to get started in the freelance writing business, they want to learn how to make money at their craft. Therefore to help writers make some money while still in the learning process, Writers on Call offers an affiliate program. By helping promote the classes, writers exercise their newly acquired marketing skills.
An extremely low fee of $37 per month includes nearly four hours of coaching and interactive teaching on a variety of writing related topics:
-- Finding writing opportunities -- How write a book, query letter and publisher proposal -- Operating a successful freelance writing business -- Promoting a freelance writing business -- Writing press releases and articles
