Las Vegas, NV (PressExposure) June 22, 2011 -- XIOSS, a data storage and networking architecture firm, is pleased to announce that Scott Robinson has joined the company in the role of President. In this role Mr. Robinson is responsible for managing the field operations team. He works closely with suppliers and partners in product execution and consults with IT leaders nationwide to develop enterprise storage strategies and solutions. He reports directly to XIOSS Founder and CEO Susie Galyardt.
Prior to joining XIOSS, Mr. Robinson spent over two decades on the leadership team of Datalink Corporation, helping to grow it into the leading technology integrator that it is today. His responsibilities there included leading the development of the company's product, solution and services strategy, overseeing the marketing and corporate lab functions, and consulting with key customers. Mr. Robinson's regular interaction with hardware and software manufacturers led to his position on several technology advisory boards. He also led the building of Datalink's initial field engineering and customer support teams. His experience with Datalink will be invaluable in his new role as President of XIOSS.
