Z57 10-year veteran, Jeff Gordon was promoted from senior technology manager to director of technology. Kevin Ames was hired as senior finance manager. Leanne McDaniel was announced as the companyâs new human resource manager, and Rosa Romaine was named senior manager customer service. With the responsibility of providing thousands of REALTORSÂ® nationwide with their online marketing, Z57 has added a new mix of talent, skills and experience to their management team leaders.
As director of technology, Jeff Gordon, leads efforts to expand and manage Z57âs complex technology infrastructure. He oversees the IT team in developing and implementing advanced online marketing software applications. In addition he is responsible for fostering and managing strategic partner and vendor relationships. Gordon has worked with the company for 10 years in various positions, including web developer, software developer and senior technology manager. Gordon earned his bachelorâs of science degree in computer science from San Diego State University.
Kevin Ames has been named senior finance manager. His responsibilities include all finance and accounting functions and management of the teamâs budgeting, reporting and analysis systems. Most recently, Ames served as financial analyst for Callaway Golf Company and senior financial analyst for the Kellogg Company. Ames earned a bachelorâs of science degree in both finance and banking from San Francisco State University and received his MBA from San Diego State University.
With 10 years of HR experience, Leanne McDaniel has joined Z57 as human resources manager. McDaniel is responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development. Previously, she served as a human resources representative and consultant for Paychex, Inc. as well as HR administrator for AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. McDaniel is a certified professional in human resources and received her bachelorâs of arts in public administration from San Diego State University and MBA from Cal State San Marcos.
Z57 has named Rosa Romaine senior manager customer service. Romaine is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. With thousands of real estate clients nationwide, Romaine brings 10 years of experience in managing national and international customer service call centers to her Z57 position. Romaine was recognized as a presidentâs club winner with honors and an âall starâ at MCI Worldcom. In addition she achieved the top director award for two consecutive years while at Nobelcom. Romaine earned her DRE license from the California Association of REALTORS.
