Having moved to 1200 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach approximately eight months ago, former Santa Barbara, California resident Stephanie Lausten is a Sunbelt kind of gal.

Reflecting a positive outlook and somewhat free spirit, Lausten also has a passion for sports - sailing, golf, tennis and skiing. Already "at home" in South Florida, she has become involved in charitable work. Raising money and volunteering in order to make a difference for worthy causes give her a sense of pleasure.

"I feel calm, comfortable and safe at 1200. I attribute this to the fabulous location and the amazing people who live here, as well as the staff of the condominium," she concluded.
