"We were especially impressed with the warranty that Derta Industries offers on their products." stated Janice Noland, a principal at Noland & Charges, Inc., the operators of Mrs. Noland elaborated by saying "Most other manufacturers only offer a 12 month warranty on soft tonneau covers, whereas Derta offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a minimum of 3 years on the vinyl cover."

Soft tonneau covers refers to the class of tonneau covers that use vinyl or other flexible material to cover the truck bed. The soft material is typically supported by an aluminum frame and can be easily removed from the frame to enable large items to be transported without removing the frame.

This is in contrast to a hard tonneau cover which uses a rigid material such as aluminum or fiberglass to cover the truck bed.

The Snap-E-Top line of tonneau covers further distinguishes themselves from other tonneau covers by being offered with four different cover materials. The Extreme vinyl cover material is a 3-ply material compared to the standard 2-ply material and is offered with a limited lifetime warranty. Other coverings include standard 2-ply vinyl that is available in 9 colors, a diamond pattern embossed vinyl that is available in silver and black plus an acrylic material.

The Snap-E-Top tonneau covers are available in two styles, Snap and 3M Hook & Loop. Sizes are available for all pickup trucks sold in the USA over the last 20 years.

The initial product offering will appear on the website during the week of September 15th. The product pages will be enhanced with product images over the next week as they become available.
