Archive Systems Implements New Technology to Increase Efficiencies in Records Management Services

The company utilizes TeleNav Track, the most comprehensive software available for managing the mobile workforce and assets, and RSMobile's ability to capture signatures to significantly increase tracking controls.

Archive Systems relies on TeleNav Track to instantly view the location of drivers and job status, access breadcrumb reports of where the vehicles have been, and receive alerts when workers or vehicles enter or exit a specific area. In addition, TeleNav Track provides voice and onscreen driving directions to Archive Systems' drivers along with automatic rerouting if they encounter traffic or construction. This ensures that they are able to complete pickups and deliveries as according to schedule.

Along with these advanced navigation and reporting capabilities, Archive Systems is now capturing signatures using RSMobile, scanning software for wireless handhelds from O'Neil Software. Signed receipts are then provided to the client and the data is transferred to RS-SQL for historic lookups. Archive Systems' personnel also continue to use RSMoblile to scan barcode information at a remote location and transmit the data wirelessly to the company's records centers.
