San Diego, CA (PressExposure) July 09, 2009 -- The Beyond the Border International Contemporary Art Fair is dedicated to exploring new contemporary art practices from this region and beyond. San Diego, with its close proximity to Mexico, is a natural arena to stage the first bi-national art fair on the West Coast, and the ideal city to present an objective representation of the overlapping art activity that is taking place along the Pacific Rim.
Beyond the Border International Contemporary Art Fair will provide a forum to showcase the collective artistic talent from this region along side the talent of international artists. Over three-days, exhibitors, keynote speakers and special attractions are geared to promote the importance of international art, cultural leadership and intercultural dialogue among novice as well as established collectors.
