Rochester, MI (PressExposure) January 09, 2008 -- With the New Year shortly behind us, many people are already struggling to keep their resolutions, many of which revolve around health. But one health center is poised to help people around the United States stay healthier with free nutritional counseling.
The Biophysics Center, a technology-based health clinic, offers several different types of computer bioscans -- non-invasive forms of health analysis. Among these is their Zyto LSA Pro, which uses galvanic skin response (also found in lie detectors) to measure stresses in the body.
It uses the same technology to determine what nutritional supplements can help to reduce those stresses and promote better health.
"We know people who spend hundreds of dollars every month on health supplements because they don't know which ones their bodies really need," says Steve McCardell, co-founder of the Biophysics Center. "We'd rather see them spend less on supplements and get better results."
McCardell says that the center invests a good deal of time researching the highest quality supplements and actually talking to the people behind the products in order to compare and contrast them more effectively. He thinks this is something most consumers don't have time to do, but is something they need someone doing on their behalf.
"We carry the very best of what we find," says McCardell. "Then, we don't try to just sell everything to our clients. We try to minimize what they take by showing them what their body is asking for with this health scan. This saves them money while getting them better supplements. And the basic scan is free to help them feel confident in their purchase."
While available for face-to-face consultations in the center, McCardell also says that the service is available to anyone in the United States who is willing to make an initial purchase of the hand cradle, which does the scanning. They keep this at home in order to run scans over the Internet.
More in-depth scans and consultations are available for a fee as well.
