Mumbai, India (PressExposure) July 26, 2008 -- During his recent visit to the US in April 2008, Chintan Shah (CEO Grey Matter India) interacted and collaborated with existing clients gaining insights into how GMI's services have benefited their business models. Intent on listening to their concerns, their visions for their products, alternatives to create a better synchronized and efficient working methodology between the client and GMI teams, Chintan managed to share GMI's ideology with all people he met during his short visit.
This trip was part of the "Customer Delight " program that GMI has come up with, wherein clients can meet and interact with GMI teams once every quarter. The aim being providing a platform to initiate and streamline coordination processes and crease out communication issues.

Highly satisfied with the quality services provided by GMI, Mojopages renewed its contract for another year.
Vois Inc, a NASDAQ listed organization, too decided to continue its long term association with GMI and renewed its contract for the next financial year.
Goware Inc discussed in detail about their future plans. Some big time opportunities are awaiting both parties in the coming months.
Mr. Chintan also visited Elance Inc, meeting the management team there and offering his gratitude for the appreciation bestowed on GMI by awarding it "The best customer feedback" on Elance.
The business trip also resulted in numerous pilot projects, renewal of existing contracts, arrangement for return visits and future contracts between prospective clients and GMI.
