All the above mentioned are Cardio Vascular exercises that most would enjoy. Any exercise can burn fat if you get your heart rate reaches in the targeted zone. You can play Squash, Badminton Football, as long as you get slightly breathless and sweat, you have done enough.

You have more chance sticking to your routine if you enjoy it.

So to summarize, try to make a plan for your diet and exercise. Aim to keep and follow the schedule on a regular basis. Always motivate yourself and pick activities which you enjoy. Don't think of exercise as a punishment, but an enjoyable part of your day.
